But it wasn’t always this way for me. No sir. For years, when I first started bottoming, I had to skip out on anyone meaty. That’s because I had a low pain threshold, making it hard to get past mid-insertion.

What follows are 7 hacks to initiate self-hypnosis for bottoms. Bear in mind that it takes time lots of time to master this skill set.

1. Purge your mind of thoughts

If you feel the urge to poop, this is natural. This could be an indication of residual tension or a sign that you haven’t properly cleaned yourself out.
If you think you really have to dump, consider douching so that your rectum is ready for action.
3. Take a mental trip
Once your entire body feels relaxed, give yourself a sixty second get away using guided imagery. In other words, think of a calm, safe place and step into the scene.
Examples include:
Swimming underwater and being aware of sea-life. Think about dolphins and seals. If you see these creatures, swim with them for a moment.
Relaxing on the beach and being aware of the warm sun and soft sands. Absorb the light rays onto your body. Allow yourself to be one with the wind.
Floating in the clouds. As you take in puffy white shapes, imagine yourself feeling light and airy.
4. Repeat positive statements
While you are on you are in your safe place, begin to repeat positive statements to yourself. For bottoming with really hung guys, consider the following:
I can handle large men with ease.
I am strong and powerful.
My anus is an extension of my spirit

5. Feel your top’s manhood
With your top in front of you, begin to feel his firmness. It may help if he applies some type of lube, such as silicone. As you caress it with your fingers, know that it is OK to suck on it a little.
While feeling his manhood:
Be aware of his size but do not fear it.
Repeat a positive self-statement from above.
Allow yourself to become one with his essence.
6. Signal him to insert
Once you have traced out his manhood with your mind’s eye, signal him to step around and insert. If he is an experienced top, he will know it’s important to go in slow while allowing you to be in control.
As he penetrates you:
Allow fleeting thoughts of pain to be present in your mind and do not push them away. Instead, trust that eventually the sensation will stop.
Continue repeating your positive self-statements.
Do not touch your own manhood yet. Instead, focus on deep breathing. When inhaling, see air as green. When you exhale, envision it as black.
Keep repeating the steps outlined here until your man has inserted all the way down to the shaft.
7. Encourage him to pound you
After he is fully inside of you, allow him to slowly move his manhood in and out. As you feel your prostate gland becoming more stimulated, continue resisting the urge to touch your manhood.
Once he establishes his rhythm, remain relaxed. When the time is right, he will either reach around and touch your banana or you can do it yourself.
Tips for this step:
To avoid releasing early, continue visualizing your breathing.
If you are into breeding, allow yourself to feel his seed as he sprays deep into your hole.
When the time comes for you to release, imagine squirting out milk like a cow’s utter plentiful and powerful with each convulsion.
Wrap Up
As I mentioned at the start, it takes time to master this skill. It may help you to light a scented candle or play ambient music in the background.
Over the course of time, you will find that self-hypnosis can help you in many areas. But I must say that for taking in really big guys, it’s an amazing gift for bottoms!
